Once install is completed go to device manager in the control panel and right click on the Ethernet not being recognized, "EG" it will just say Ethernet with the symbol it is not being recognized and choose update driver or install driver. I explained to the tech on what was likely a recorded call that I'd spent the day searching for this driver and saw a lot of disparaging comments about Linksys eg1302 they pulled support for a board that a lot of people are apparently still using.
