I realize that this is an old scanner, but I am desperately needing to set up the software to run on my Windows XP Home Edition computer. You are trying to run 16 bit software on windows xp home which is 32 bit, and 64 bit for xp pro.
I got a colarado usb scanner - I spent hours trying to get it to work with xp but gave up. Select Your Operating System, download zipped files, and colorado usb proceed to manually install them.
